Post & Schell has created a new energy practice and expanded its labor and employment practice, bringing seven attorneys from the Harrisburg, Pa., and Philadelphia offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. While the energy practice's clients are mainly statewide companies, the firm hopes to offer its services nationally with the opening of a Washington office. A mainly regional firm with five offices in Pennsylvania and one in New Jersey, Post & Schell says it's "aggressively seeking" a Washington office.
