Nixon Peabody Partner Set to Depart for General Counsel Job
A high-ranking Nixon Peabody partner has announced plans to leave the firm to take a job as general counsel of Catholic Health Services of Long Island. David A. DeCerbo, a health care partner in the firm's Jericho, N.Y., office, will leave Nixon Peabody at the end of the month.
