Seeing three family cases through to the New Jersey Supreme Court in roughly one year is a remarkable feat by any measure. But Matheu Nunn says an opportunity to make law isn’t always good for the client.

“I don’t necessarily strive for that, because it means my clients have been involved in litigation for years,” said Nunn, of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost in Denville, in a Law Journal interview. “If I can settle a case, I’ll settle a case. It’s the best thing. If I can’t, I’ll try it. I’m not scared to.”
