After nearly three decades in existence as a hybrid firm that included plaintiffs as well as business practices, Lomurro Davison Eastman & Muñoz is set to divide into two factions as of the new year, lawyers at the firm have confirmed.

Of the Freehold, N.J., firm’s 41 attorneys, 19 handling plaintiffs matters such as personal injury and medical malpractice, as well as municipal and criminal defense, plan to split off as Lomurro Munson Comer Brown & Schottland, with Lomurro Law as a trade name.
