Real estate investment firm First Real Estate Investment Trust of N.J. in Hackensack announced on Oct. 24 it has sold apartment complex Grandview Apartments in Hasbrouck Heights to apartment operator Grandview Apartments LLC for about $2.5 million. Joseph Basralian of Winne, Banta, Hetherington, Basralian & Kahn in Hackensack represented FREIT; Passaic solo Robert Tzall represented Grandview.
