SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that the Court's May 15, 2012 Order supplementing and relaxing the provisions of Rules 1:38-3(f)(2) and 4:74-7(j) of the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey so as to authorize temporary workers and project managers hired specifically for a federal National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Act Record Improvement Program grant, and who are bound by a confidentiality agreement, to access civil commitment records and compile data from those records for transmission to the federal NICS, is hereby extended retroactive to April 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014.
