ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 12-395, DRB 13-020, DRB 13-047 and DRB 13-048, recommending on the records certified to the Board pursuant to Rule 1:20-4(f) (default by respondent) that SERGIO R. PASTOR, formerly of CRANFORD, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1998, and who has been temporarily suspended from the practice of law since August 28, 2012, be suspended for a period of three months for his unethical conduct in DRB 12-395, DRB 13-047 and DRB 13-048, and disbarred for his unethical conduct in DRB 13-020, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that SERGIO R. PASTOR show cause before this Court on June 4, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, Hughes Justice Complex, Trenton, why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined; and it is further
ORDERED that the Director of the Office of Attorney Ethics, or the Director’s designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall file an original and eight copies of his brief with the Clerk of the Court and serve two copies of the brief on the Office of Attorney Ethics on or before May 15, 2013, and the Office of Attorney Ethics shall serve and file a responding brief, if any, on or before May 29, 2013; and it is further
ORDERED that the temporary suspension of respondent and the restraints on his attorney accounts, entered by Order of this Court filed August 28, 2012, shall continue pending the further Order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension, and he shall continue to comply with Rule 1:20-20 dealing with suspended attorneys.
