The Supreme Court invites written comments on the 2011-2013 reports of the Supreme Court rules committees published with this notice. In those reports, the committees (as listed below) make numerous recommendations to the Supreme Court for rule amendments and other non-rule administrative actions. As noted previously, the Court has staggered the reporting cycles of its rules committees, such that approximately half submit their respective reports each year.
The committees whose 2011-2013 reports are here published for comment are as follows: (1) Committee on Complementary Dispute Resolution, (2) Criminal Practice Committee, (3) Family Practice Committee, and (4) Municipal Court Practice Committee. The 2011-2013 report of the Committee on the Rules of Evidence will be published at a later date. Any supplemental reports submitted by any of these committees also will be separately published at a later date.
