New Jersey State Bar Association Leads Outreach to Help Residents
Dozens of New Jersey residents who are facing legal issues following Hurricane Sandy called a free New Jersey State Bar Association help line. Those pleas for help are being answered by nearly 100 attorneys who have volunteered to provide free legal assistance through the association’s Mass Disaster Response Program.

Workshops Motivate Teacher- and Lawyer-Coaches at Start of New Mock Trial Year
Workshops, held earlier this fall for teachers and lawyers who serve as coaches in the various mock trial programs the New Jersey State Bar Foundation offers to New Jersey students in elementary and high school, helped them develop ways to prepare for this year’s competitions.
