A July 28, 2010, notice advised of several corrections to the amendments to the New Jersey Rules of Court adopted by order of July 23, 2010, which amendments become effective September 1, 2010. This notice advises of one additional such correction, as follows:
Rule 6:7-1 — In the language added to the source note, the closing portion that reads “… and new paragraph (c) caption and text adopted July 23, 2010 to be effective September 1, 2010″ should instead read “… and new paragraph (b) caption and text adopted July 23, 2010 to be effective September 1, 2010″.
