A remorseful New Jersey judge has admitted to allegations in an ethics complaint that he made inappropriate remarks in court and failed to disqualify himself from certain cases.

Clark Municipal Court Judge Antonio Inacio also admitted to failing to tell superiors when he was facing an attorney ethics complaint and conversing with litigants in languages other than English without an interpreter present. But he offered mitigating circumstances in his answer to the complaint from the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct (ACJC).
