At a lengthy Senate Judiciary Committee meeting Thursday, Administrative Director of the Courts Glenn A. Grant updated policymakers about New Jersey’s Criminal Justice Reform Act and efforts to revamp the state’s bail system, saying there is still improvements to be made.
