President Joe Biden on Wednesday made three federal court nominations, including one for the District of New Jersey.
In addition to nominating federal prosecutor Seth Aframe for a vacant seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Biden picked U.S. Magistrate Judge Edward Kiel for a district judgeship.
