In a letter decision, the New Jersey Disciplinary Review Board reviewed a motion for discipline by consent and determined that a reprimand was appropriate for an attorney with an otherwise unblemished 25-year career who sent improper solicitation letters in violation of the rules governing attorney advertising.

The DRB stated that in two instances—one in 2016 and the other in 2019—Christopher Raymond Fritz sent solicitation letters that violated the Rules of Professional Conduct.
