Goldberg Segalla added Bei Yang as an associate in the workers’ compensation group in Newark. Yang concentrates her practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Yang gained experience working on civil litigation defense for public entities in New Jersey, and with the Employment Law Division of the New York City Department of Social Services Office of Legal Affairs. Yang earned her bachelor’s and a master of laws degree from the Hunan University of Science and Engineering College of Law, a master of laws degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, and her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While attending the University of Tennessee College of Law, she worked as a student attorney in the Business Law and Trademark Clinic, providing trademark advice and services to independent inventors and small businesses before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

FisherBroyles Welcomes Maryam Meseha Maryam Meseha

FisherBroyles brought on Maryam Meseha to the cyberrisk, privacy and data security practice group as a partner in Princeton. Meseha formerly co-chaired the cybersecurity and data privacy and crisis and risk management practice groups at a large regional law firm. Her practice focuses on counseling clients on their data privacy obligations, developing internal data privacy management systems and risk mitigation strategies. Meseha leads breach-response investigations and advises on cyber occurrences, data exfiltration, obligations to notify impacted consumers and regulators, and contractual obligations. Meseha is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) under the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She also serves as co-chair of the Raleigh/Durham IAPP KnowledgeNet chapter. She is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York and North Carolina. Meseha received her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and her B.S. from Seton Hall University. Joel M.
