The family of a man who died after he was electrocuted by a fallen power line has agreed to a $9.4 million settlement.
Plaintiffs had claimed that substandard procedures by defendants Jersey Central Power & Light and the Township of Andover for dealing with downed power lines contributed to the death of Eric Thomas, 41, on March 2, 2018.
