Lawyers at Hughes Hubbard & Reed on Tuesday removed a product liability lawsuit against Merck, the New Jersey-based pharmaceutical company, to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed pro se by Valery Latouche. The case is 1:22-cv-01619, Latouche v. Merck & Co.
