Lawyers at King & Spalding on Thursday removed a product liability lawsuit against Allergan and parent company Abbvie to California Central District Court. The complaint, which centers on SERI surgical mesh used in breast reconstruction procedures, was filed by Kiesel Law and the Joel Bieber Firm on behalf of Amanda and Bill Boudreaux. Sofregen Medical Inc., which acquired the SERI product from Allergan in 2016, is also named as a defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-01795, Boudreaux et al v. Allergan USA, Inc et al.
