Attorneys at Sills Cummis & Gross on Thursday removed a product liability lawsuit against Amazon.com and Kimberly-Clark, the maker of Kleenex and Cottonelle, to New Jersey District Court. The suit was filed by Hanus & Parsons on behalf of a plaintiff who alleges that he suffered injuries from the use of Cottonelle Feel Fresh Flushable Wipes purchased on Amazon. The case is 3:22-cv-01475, Behrens v. Amazon.Com Inc et al.
