Lawyers at Sheppard Mullin on Friday removed a lawsuit against Marriott International and other defendants to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by attorney Ronald J. Wronko on behalf of Maguette Mondesir, who claims she was terminated due to requesting workers compensation after suffering an injury which required surgery, as well as for taking medical leave after contracting COVID-19. The case is 2:22-cv-01346, Mondesir v. Marriott International, Inc. et al.
