New Jersey-based firm Archer has relocated its main office to the former American Water headquarters in Voorhees, where the property owner has afforded the firm free rent for the first several months of the lease.

Firm leaders said Archer signed a 15-year lease that took effect Dec. 1 to occupy the full three-story building at 1025 Laurel Oak Road. The property was fully redesigned in collaboration with landlord Strategic Funding Alternatives over the last year since the lease was signed December 2020, Stacey Sinclair, Archer’s chief operating officer, said in an interview Wednesday.
