Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick has announced that Jacob S. Narva has joined as counsel in the firm’s commercial litigation and employment practice groups. He joins the firm from Eyet Law.

Narva advises clients on commercial and corporate matters and litigates complex commercial issues in state and federal, trial and appellate courts. He also represents clients in connection with contract disputes involving a diverse number of subject matters. He has also served as outside general counsel for several companies ranging from national corporations to closely-held businesses, on a range of matters including risk mitigation in their daily operations.
