Luke J. Kealy of Greenbaum, Rowe Smith & Davis has entered an appearance for commercial landlord Sig 110 in a pending lawsuit over early lease termination. The case was filed Aug. 6 in New Jersey District Court by Porzio, Bromberg & Newman on behalf of semiconductor manufacturer Skyworks Solutions, which contends that it has complied with its contractual requirements to terminate the lease on April 1, 2022. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Esther Salas, is 2:21-cv-14684, Skyworks Solutions, Inc. v. Sig 110, LLC.
