Two women and a minor child who were injured in a head-on crash have agreed to a $3.175 million settlement in their Middlesex County auto negligence suit, Adly v. Grieco. The settlement was approved last September.
Lidia Adly was driving south on Route 34 in Marlboro on March 1, 2017, with her mother, Odette Hanna, in the front passenger seat and her minor daughter, Julia Adly, in the rear seat. Their car had a severe, head-on collision when a northbound car driven by Victoria Vitale made a left turn in front of them. Adly’s car was then left inoperable in the southbound lane, where it was struck by another southbound car driven by Tracy Greico.
