A New Jersey appeals court has upheld a 10-year driver’s license suspension for a lawyer who was convicted of drunken driving on four occasions.
Attorney Krista Haley claimed the 10-year suspension was “draconian,” and violates her equal protection rights under the Fourteenth Amendment, the Americans With Disabilities Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.
