McBarron Named Partner at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla Donna A. McBarron

Donna A. McBarron was named a shareholder at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla in Red Bank, where she concentrates on commercial leasing. The promotion of McBarron, previously of counsel at the firm, took effect on Jan. 1. A member of the firm’s real estate department, she reviews and negotiates deals for a wide range of first-class office and retail clients nationwide, and represents landlords as well as tenants, the firm noted. Recently, much of her work has involved lease workouts resulting from the impact of COVID-19 on day-to-day business operations and the overall economy, the firm said, adding that her practice includes commercial litigation and representation of purchasers, sellers, banks and borrowers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. McBarron also has written on commercial leasing matters. She is a member of CREW NJ, the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Monmouth and New Jersey State bar associations. McBarron earned her J.D. in 1998 from Rutgers Law School-Newark, and graduated in 1995 from Rutgers University.
