Scarinci Hollenbeck, the New Jersey and New York business law firm, will expand by roughly 25% in January as the firm merges with the 16-lawyer Warren Law Group of Midtown Manhattan.
The merger is part of a broader growth plan for the firm, which aims to hit 75 to 100 attorneys in an effort to gain market share from Fortune 1,000 companies put off by recent Big Law rate hikes and salary increases.
