Question 1, the New Jersey ballot referendum asking whether to legalize adult marijuana use in New Jersey, was approved by a margin of 2 to 1 on Election Night.
The votes were 67% in favor to 33% opposed, with about two-third of precincts having reported results as of midday Thursday, according to the Associated Press.
