Brach Eichler announced that Roseland-based  associate David L. Tsin was promoted to counsel in the firm’s corporate transactions and financial services practice as of Sept. 2. John D. Fanburg, Brach Eichler managing partner, said in a statement that the promotion “is well-deserved and a testament to David’s knowledge and experience and his commitment to the highest level of client service. David is an invaluable member of our Corporate Transactions and Financial Services team, and I look forward to watching his professional growth.” Tsin advises and represents large and small business clients in corporate, securities, and other business law matters, and reports to Brian R. Lenker, chair of the corporate transactions and financial services practice. Tsin previously practiced in New York City, focusing on sophisticated corporate and securities law matters. He is passionate about community service and has been recognized by the New York State Bar Association for his pro bono legal work. He joined Brach Eichler in 2019 as an associate. He attended New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and received his M.B.A and J.D. from the University of Chicago. He is admitted in New Jersey, New York and Washington, D.C.

Bloom, in the bankruptcy and reorganization group; and Michael V. Caracappa and Robert P. Vacchiano, in the insurance and reinsurance group.

Bloom, previously an associate with Kaye Scholer and Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle in New York, and staff counsel for the UJA-Federation of New York, focuses on the representation of debtors and secured creditors in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, as well as in the negotiation and review of commercial contracts and bankruptcy documents. Bloom received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2008 and his B.A. from Yeshiva University in 2003.
