What subjects are on the minds of New Jersey judges? You can get a pretty good idea from the most recent issue of New Jersey Lawyer magazine, which focuses specifically on the view from the Judiciary.

John C. Connell of Archer & Greiner and Assad K. Siddiqi of McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen & Carvelli are special editors for the issue. “Our judges are expected to be learned, consistent, and above reproach. But robots, they are not,” they write in an introductory column. “(Judges) are public servants, and human at that. This issue of New Jersey Lawyer examines the roles of our judges through history, through the rule of law, through (and beyond) retirement, and through self-reflection.”
