Stephen Santola

Stephen Santola, executive vice president and general counsel of New Jersey developer Woodmont Properties, made news last year for being one of the many notable New Jersey attorneys to join the transition team of Phil Murphy, then governor-elect. But within the organization, there were significant shifts and activity—including the hires of some 35 people at the growing company—with Santola taking a key role. Santola previously was mayor of Livingston and also served on the township’s council for 12 years.
