  • Bridget M. Rohde, the Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York has announced the promotion of Jack Dennehy to chief of the office’s General Crimes Section.
  • Alston & Bird welcomes partner Alexander “Alex” Yanos as co-leader of the firm’s international arbitration & dispute resolution team.  He was formerly at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, where he co-chaired the firm’s treaty arbitration practice.
  • Bernard D’Orazio & Associates has announced that Steven G. Yudin has joined the firm as senior counsel. He formerly practiced at Reid & Priest.
