BROOKLYN Supreme Court Justice Victor I. Barron was arrested at his home at 6 a.m. yesterday on charges of soliciting and accepting a bribe in excess of $10,000.
In a criminal complaint filed yesterday, the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office accused Justice Barron, who has been handling an early settlement part, of demanding the payment in return for signing a court order in a civil case.
