A Chadbourne & Parke partner suing the firm for discrimination added a new twist to the case on Dec. 16, claiming in court filings that Chadbourne’s latest legal maneuver, if allowed, would silence the voices of female employees speaking out against bias.

Kerrie Campbell, a litigation partner at Chadbourne, said in court papers Dec. 16 that Chadbourne’s counterclaim against her in the proposed class action is “clearly designed to retaliate against her for initiating this lawsuit.”
