Lamenting that one family has the unlimited resources to wage an “interminable” battle over its assets, a judge said it is time to consider reining in the legal filings by members of the Genger family in fairness to all New York court users.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper said he found more than 40 reported decisions in state and federal courts involving Arie Genger and his ex-wife Dalia Genger, or cases initiated by their children Sagi and Orly, since the contentious divorce of Arie and Dalia Genger in the early 2000s.
