A lawyer who was suspended last March after Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law complained he had abandoned clients in a clinical program was disbarred Tuesday by the Appellate Division, First Department.
Michael Silverman, a 2000 graduate of Harvard Law School, was an adjunct clinical professor for the Labor and Employment Clinic at Cardozo law school until August 2013.
