• Kevin Bernstein has been elected to chair Bond, Schoeneck & King’s management committee. Bernstein has been chair of the firm’s property department and of its tax assessment, condemnation and property valuation practice. He succeeds Richard Hole, who served two four-year terms as Bond’s management committee chair and continues his practice counseling clients on business and corporate law, employee benefits and health law.
• Ropes & Gray has promoted to partner C. Thomas Brown, who focuses on transactional and corporate governance litigation, and Adam Greenwood, who handles transactional tax matters and tax issues relating to the formation of private equity and hedge funds.
