Bernstein Liebhard is continuing to battle with its insurance carrier over the law firm’s claim that it lost more than $21 million in income.

The New York plaintiffs law firm, known for taking on class actions and other complex litigation, sued Sentinel Insurance Co. in August for breach of contract after an August 2013 fire in its Midtown office at 10 E. 40th St. destroyed an entire floor of Bernstein’s offices, including its computer and phone system and its main file room.
