A disbarred Long Island attorney has been charged with allegedly stealing more than $5.7 million in real estate proceeds.
David S. Frankel of West Hempstead was arraigned Monday on one count of first-degree grand larceny and six counts of second-degree grand larceny. He entered a not guilty plea before Nassau County District Court Judge Darlene Harris.
