A veteran upstate town court justice has resigned after being informed that he faced an investigation by the state Commission on Judicial Conduct for possible misconduct related to two criminal cases before him.
The commission announced Friday that David Narducci resigned last month as justice of Chautauqua Town Court in Chautauqua County. As part of a stipulation with the commission, the panel released details of a complaint it was investigating against Narducci.
