A JetBlue supervisor had her claims for constructive discharge and retaliation stemming from a sexual harassment complaint reinstated Thursday by the Appellate Division, First Department.

Renee Teran alleged she was sexually assaulted in 2006 by a higher-ranking supervisor, who locked the door to the supervisors’ office and groped and kissed her while she asked him to stop and repeatedly pushed his hands away, according to the panel’s decision.
