A federal judge has dismissed most claims raised by plaintiffs who said a police training exercise at a low-income Albany housing project violated their constitutional rights.
Northern District Judge Lawrence Kahn ruled that the claims in Gross v. City of Albany, 1:14-cv-0736, failed to allege violations of First Amendment, equal protection and substantive due process rights.
