Also on hand were United Nations official Davide Zaru, center, and Fred Schwartz, founder and board president of the institute. The booklet highlights policies implemented by various countries, including Kenya, Mexico and Paraguay, to prevent genocide. White & Case has collaborated with the institute on a number of events.
