Damon Keith, the longest serving African American judge on the federal bench, will speak about his more than 40 years of service at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe’s Manhattan offices Wednesday evening.

Keith, a senior judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, will discuss his life experiences and reflect on civil rights and social justice issues, said Lorraine McGowen, an Orrick restructuring partner who chairs the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
