Four men convicted in a government sting of plotting to bomb Riverdale synagogues and shoot down military planes have lost their last chance at appellate relief.

James Cromitie, David Williams, Onta Williams and Laguerre Payen were convicted before Southern Disrtict Judge Colleen McMahon (See Profile) in 2010 for conspiring with a government informant who recruited Cromitie at a Newburgh mosque.
