• McDermott Will & Emery has added Alysse McLoughlin as a partner in its state and local tax group. She rejoined the firm from Barclays, where she served as the company’s head of state tax for six years. The firm also added Richard Call as counsel in the same group, arriving from Morrison Foerster.
• P.J. Forcino has joined Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein as executive director. Forcino, based in Garden City, will oversee day-to-day business and financial operations of the firm. Forcino was a financial and management consultant for law firms and other organizations.
