Expanding its New York City office, Meister Seelig & Fein has signed a long-term lease with SL Green Realty Corp. for space at 125 Park Ave., at 42nd Street. The commercial law firm will be leaving its current location at 140 E. 45th St., where it has been a tenant for nearly seven years, leasing about 38,000 square feet.
Under the new 15-year lease, Meister Seelig will occupy two full floors, the seventh and eighth, or 56,764 square feet. The 26-story class-A Park Avenue tower has more than 572,700-square-feet and stands across from Grand Central Terminal.
