For the third time this year, the Appellate Division, Second Department, will hear arguments away from its Brooklyn Heights home base. The court will convene Thursday at the Dutchesss County Courthouse in Poughkeepsie.
Previous sessions have been held on the campuses of St. John’s University School of Law in Queens and the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in Hempstead. The court is planning more sessions at other locations for 2014.
