The Appellate Division, First Department disbarred two attorneys on Tuesday.
Marc Bruzdziak was suspended in December 2012 for failing to cooperate with a disciplinary investigation into allegations that he neglected an immigration matter by failing to appear for court dates, file documents and communicate with his client. He was disbarred because he did not seek reinstatement within six months of the suspension order. Bruzdziak lives in Florida and his registration is delinquent, according to the First Department’s decision.
