• Robert Rosenthal has joined Greenberg Traurig as of counsel in the firm’s environmental and energy practices in the firm’s Albany office. He was the former assistant counsel for energy and the environment to Governor Andrew Cuomo.
• Olshan Frome Wolosky has added Spencer Feldman as a partner in the firm’s corporate and securities practice. Feldman was a partner at Greenberg Traurig. Olshan has also added Alexander Ferrini as a partner who will head a construction law group in its real estate practice. He previously led a three-attorney law firm, Alexander Ferrini P.C.
